Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. All online reservations are accepted by Image Innovate as agent for and on behalf of the Venue Management or Owner ("Venue Owner") and/or Promoter/Organizer ("Promoter") responsible for the event for which is sold. All reservations submissions are subject to availability. Image Innovate reserves the right to reject any reservations.

2. User of the reservation system are responsible for all information submiited via the system and the user assures that all submitted information are correct.

3. User of the reservation system will remain responsible for the conduct and actions, and for any content the user has submitted to Image Innovate.

4. All submitted information will be provided to the respective Promoter / Venue Owner for communication purpose in regards to confirmation of reservation and payment information.

5. Image Innovate will retain the submitted information for monitoring and for communication purpose in regards to confirmation of ticket booking and payment information per requested by the respective Promoter / Venue Owner.

6. Image Innovate isn't responsible for periodic downtime for maintenance, backup, failure of e-mail delivery or failure of e-mail reception by users, acts of God, and other circumstances beyond its control or which are a normal part of the Internet business.

7. Image Innovate, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation but subject to terms and conditions stated herein, cancellation or postponement of the event, shows and/or performances.

8. Users who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before using the reservation system on Image Innovate website. By transacting on Image Innovate website, the user certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and understands the terms and conditions of use.

9. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter / Venue Owner.
